Autumn Moon by Robert Yarger

Stickman Sign

Designer/Maker: Robert Yarger

Size: 15x9x8cm

Notes: This is an assembled puzzle box from the workshop that Robert organized in Houston 2024. The design and operation were inspired by traditional Japanese sliding-panel trick boxes, and required 23 steps to access all four secret compartments. The original kit could be assembled two different ways, and glue was optional so that participants could reconfigure the entire box. This box was glue permanently in the Autumn Moon configuration. The sliding keys (kannuki) are known to be somewhat tight fitting, so Robert included a tool that allows for careful yet forceful movement. The box operates as expected--the solution and reset are fully tested. The workshop kit is a limited edition, this box numbered 15 of 75.
