Designer/Maker: Akio Kamei

Edge: 13cm

Notes: This is a special version of the original Twin Box with four diagonal inlays on each face making hexagonal and triangular loops--probably an exhibit model. This design marks Kamei's transition from interlocking puzzles to trick boxes. The sliding panels and central core completely disassemble into 18 pieces. Some very minor separation along seams due to very slight warping of panels; one chip from panel edge near inlay (see main photo); very minor surface wear; otherwise in excellent condition. Includes original box.
